Welcome everyone to
our 13th annual Birregurra Weekend Festival, an event
synonymous with quality farm produce, agricultural displays,
craft and live local music.
The festival begins with the opening of the art show in the Main
Street Hall on Friday night, October 12, from 7.30pm.
The Art Show – lauded as one of Victoria’s most successful –
consistently attracts both professional and amateur artists from
across the State.
In the Main Street precinct we have a vast array of market
stalls selling a range of quality crafted goods alongside our
main stage with some of Victoria’s best live musical acts.
In the children’s play area in the park this year we see a
return of the camel rides, the always popular petting zoo, Rock
Wall, carnival rides and great kids’ entertainment. Across the
street will see the highly entertaining dog jump being contested
over the course of the weekend. |

And, in 2012 by popular demand we see the Landpower
Colac agricultural precinct, the very competitive woodchop
competition, machinery displays and the latest in farming and
rural technology.
So welcome to our 13th annual festival weekend in the
picturesque Otway hinterland, with so much on offer this year,
we know the whole family will enjoy one of Victoria’s most
popular weekend events.
